Recent Projects:


compensationCompensation: A multi-staged project to transform pay structure from 39 job titles and 17 pay grades to a one title, seven pay step broad-banded structure. Assisted in moving workforce from old supervisory model to cross-trained teams in a high performance environment.


Internal CapacityIncreased Internal Capacity: A four-month project to increase managerial capabilities of senior managers. At completion of the project, the owner was able to take a six-month sabbatical. The continued productivity and revenue stream of the organization, during the owner's absence, measured the success of the project


Organizational Redesign: The organization experienced a 50% increase in bad-debt write-off in a twelve-month period. Following extensive study, the credit approval and collections process was redesigned. Additionally, the responsible department was re-designed to reverse the lost-revenues trend.
